Nourish Your Nervous System

A monthly 90-minute, pay-what-you-can workshop to care for your body, calm your system, come home to yourself, and connect in divine community.

Hosted by Sarah Kelly Reid at East Pine Plant Shop | Limited to 18 participants per session | 6:00-7:30pm

Sarah Kelly sitting in a greenhouse with an altar on the ground on front of her.

The world is a lot right now.

Many of us are stretched thin, tender, or just plain weary. And still—we care. We keep showing up, wanting to love well and make change, even when our own reserves run low.

This 90-minute workshop is your invitation to pause. To step inside the greenhouse at East Pine Plant Shop—snuggled in candlelight, surrounded by lush plants and the soft hush of winter—and let your body exhale. Together, we’ll slow down, ground, and gather the steadiness we need to carry on.

Through gentle, trauma-informed practices, you’ll explore simple ways to soothe and regulate your nervous system. You don’t need to arrive polished or put together—just come as you are. This isn’t about fixing; it’s about tending.

Because in order to keep showing up, we have to start with care.
Care for our bodies.
Care for our breath.
Care for the tender, overwhelmed parts of us just trying to make it through.

This is an evening to tend to your nervous system, so you can keep doing what matters—with more steadiness, more clarity, more capacity.

Come tender, tired, fierce, or figuring it out. This space will hold you exactly as you are.

Also bring a journal or notebook you love (and a pen!). We’ll offer a few reflection prompts during the workshop to help you drop into deeper connection with yourself.

  • For the chilly months, we will be in the greenhouse surrounded by plants and softness.

  • Not at all. This space is beginner-friendly and gently guided. You don’t need to know anything ahead of time—just come with an open heart and curiosity.

  • That is absolutely okay. You are never required to speak or share. Everything we do is invitational—you get to participate in the way that feels safest for you. Whether you’re quietly reflecting, just listening, or choosing to pass, your presence is more than enough. This is a space of choice, not pressure.
