Meet Sarah Kelly (She/her)
Embodied Healing and Grounded Radiance
Sarah Kelly Reid is a trauma-informed embodiment coach and EFT practitioner who helps us return to the body as a place of wisdom, safety, and quiet strength. She blends evidence-based practice with intuitive guidance to create space for softly revolutionary change, the kind of healing that unfolds through tenderness, presence, and deep inner trust. With Sarah, the work isn't about fixing. It's about remembering: that we are already whole, already enough, and worthy of living fully from the inside out.
She has a gift for holding space and guiding people toward their own strengths, their inner empowerment, and change that lasts. She works internationally through private sessions, group workshops, and retreats, drawing on her own path through healing and self-worth to walk alongside others as they find theirs.
Sarah trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She holds an MA in International Communication from Macquarie University and a BA focused on community mental health from the University at Buffalo.
Meet Sarah Anne (She/her)
Sacred Embodiment and Soulful Devotion
Sarah Anne Wilkinson is a guide of embodiment, ritual, and soul-rooted living. With a background in yoga, meditation, and energy healing, and teachings shaped by years of study in India and Nepal, she invites us to slow down and soften into presence. Her work helps us cultivate sacred connection: to the body, to the earth, and to the wisdom that lives beneath the noise.
Her path as a teacher was profoundly shaped by a two-year sabbatical in India and Nepal, where she immersed herself in yoga, meditation, and healing with a range of teachers and completed her first teacher training at Rishikesh Yoga Peeth. She has since taught across the United States, including at Kripalu and Omega Institute, as well as internationally, and was the owner of Saugerties Yoga, voted one of the top three studios in the Hudson Valley.
Before devoting her work to self-worth, Sarah spent more than a decade in politics and heart-centered causes, where she learned firsthand the importance of balancing a demanding career with self-care to avoid burnout and make lasting change. Her degree from Hamilton College is in philosophy and art history, and to this day she loves diving into the beautiful why's of life.
