Some mornings your body is ready at 6:15am. Sometimes you need a bit more sleep. The Foundation was built with that flexibility.

The Foundation is a twice-weekly morning yoga membership, designed to move with your body, not against it.

You already know yoga works. You've felt it.

The steadiness after a good class. The way your body feels like yours again after time on the mat. The surprising presence that carries you through the rest of the day.

And yet somewhere between knowing that and actually getting on the mat consistently, life gets in the way. Or more precisely: your body gets in the way.

The night you couldn't sleep. The week your energy flatlined. The month everything felt harder than it should. The morning you set your alarm for 6am and lay there negotiating with yourself until it was too late.

This isn't a willpower problem. This is what it feels like to live in a body that's changing, and to try to hold a practice that was never designed with that in mind.

The Foundation was created with this flexibility at the center. To listen to your body and the gentle shifts it navigates day by day.

Most yoga memberships assume you'll show up the same way every day. Same energy, same schedule, same capacity.

Your body knows that's not true.

Whether you're in the thick of perimenopause, postmenopausal, or still navigating your monthly or daily rhythms, your energy, your sleep, and your capacity fluctuate.

Sometimes week to week. Sometimes day to day. Sometimes hour to hour.

So we built The Foundation around that. (And in fact more than half our students are in peri or postmenopausal.)

Two days a week, two class times, and on-demand for those days you need something on your own timeframe.

Monday and Wednesday at 6:15am ET for the mornings you wake up ready. Or sleep in and join us at 7:15am ET for the mornings you need a little more time to arrive in your body. Float between them as your energy dictates.

It’s not inconsistency. It’s knowing that our bodies and energy are in constant flux. And the Foundation offers just enough flexibility to truly help you build consistency and habits.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

A schedule that honors your body's rhythms.
Choose 6:15am on the mornings you're up and ready. Choose 7:15am on the mornings you need more time. Float between them week to week, month to month, as your energy and cycle allow.

A teacher who sees you.
If you turn your camera on, I'll offer personal cues and adjustments based on what I actually see in your body, not a generic correction for the room. If you want to keep your camera off, you're still held by the group and the structure. Both are welcome.

A practice designed for where you actually are.
Not where you were at 18, 25, or even 35. Not where you hope to be. Where you are right now, in this body, in this season. My teaching is rooted in nervous system awareness and embodiment, which means we work with your body's signals rather than overriding them. Some days that means a strong, sweaty flow. Some days it means something softer. Both are the practice.

A library for the days life wins.
The on-demand class library means you never lose momentum to a hard week. Use it when the live time doesn't work, when you need more classes throughout the week, or when you just need a bit of connection to yourself.

Check-ins that keep you connected.
A weekly email each Sunday to keep you present to your practice. Monthly office hours to ask questions, troubleshoot, and stay connected to the broader community.
