You already know yoga works.
The hard part is actually showing up.
The Foundation is a twice-weekly morning yoga membership, designed to move with your body, not against it.
You already know yoga works. You've felt it.
The steadiness after a good class. The way your body feels like yours again after time on the mat. The surprising presence that carries you through the rest of the day.
And yet somewhere between knowing that and actually getting on the mat consistently, life gets in the way. Or more precisely: your body gets in the way.
The night you couldn't sleep. The week your energy flatlined. The month everything felt harder than it should. The morning you set your alarm for 6am and lay there negotiating with yourself until it was too late.
This isn't a willpower problem. This is what it feels like to live in a body that's changing, and to try to hold a practice that was never designed with that in mind.
The Foundation was created with this flexibility at the center. To listen to your body and the gentle shifts it navigates day by day.
And yes, your coffee or tea is welcome to practice right next to you…

Most yoga memberships assume you'll show up the same way every day. Same energy, same schedule, same capacity.
Your body knows that's not true.
Whether you're in the thick of perimenopause, postmenopausal, or still navigating your monthly or daily rhythms, your energy, your sleep, and your capacity fluctuate.
Sometimes week to week. Sometimes day to day. Sometimes hour to hour.
So we built The Foundation around that. (And in fact more than half our students are in peri or postmenopausal.)
Two days a week, two class time options, and on-demand for those days you need something on your own timeframe.
Monday and Wednesday at 6:15am ET for the mornings you wake up ready. Or take your time and join us at 7:15am for the mornings you need a little more time to arrive in your body. Float between them as your energy dictates.
It’s not inconsistency. It’s knowing that our bodies and energy are in constant flux. And the Foundation offers just enough flexibility to truly help you build consistency and habits.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
A schedule that honors your body's rhythms.
Choose 6:15am on the mornings you're up and ready. Choose 7:15am on the mornings you need more time. Float between them week to week, month to month, as your energy and cycle allow.
A teacher who sees you.
If you turn your camera on, I'll offer personal cues and adjustments based on what I actually see in your body, not a generic correction for the room. If you want to keep your camera off, you're still held by the group and the structure. Both are welcome.
A practice designed for where you actually are.
Not where you were at 18, 25, or even 35. Not where you hope to be. Where you are right now, in this body, in this season. My teaching is rooted in nervous system awareness and embodiment, which means we work with your body's signals rather than overriding them. Some days that means a strong, sweaty flow. Some days it means something softer. Both are the practice.
A library for the days life wins.
The on-demand class library means you never lose momentum to a hard week. Use it when the live time doesn't work, when you need more classes throughout the week, or when you just need a bit of connection to yourself.
Check-ins that keep you connected.
A weekly email each Sunday to keep you present to your practice. Monthly office hours to ask questions, troubleshoot, and stay connected to the broader community.

Meet Sarah Anne
I'm a yoga and meditation teacher who has spent decades guiding people through reconnecting with their bodies, and helping build practices that actually sustain them.
My work is rooted in embodiment, nervous system awareness, and the belief that transformation happens not through dramatic shifts, but through consistent, compassionate attention to the fundamentals.
I first practiced yoga when I was 12, and in 2010 had the privilege to spend two years in India and Nepal where I dived deep into yoga, meditation, eastern philosophy and healing and so much more.
But it took me owning a brick-and-mortar yoga studio during COVID to realise that we don't need to go far to go deep. The modern world allows us to create community and connection just rolling out of the bed and hitting the Zoom link.
I teach The Foundation because I know firsthand that everything meaningful I've built in my life, my retreats, my business, my capacity to hold space for others, all started with my own commitment to showing up on my mat, even when (especially when) I didn't feel like it.
Together, we'll create the kind of authentic community where showing up feels like coming home rather than another obligation, even at 6:15am.
General Class Structure
First 15
We start where you are, meeting your body with curiosity, not demands. The first 15 minutes ease you into movement and breath, featuring gentle joint movement.
middle 15
From there, we build: sun salutations, standing poses, balances and flows that strengthen both your physical body and your capacity to show up for yourself.
final 15
We end with our deepest work: deep stretching, stillness, and integration. We end with a bit of inquiry to set your intention for the day ahead.
Your Questions, Answered
-
If your energy, sleep, or capacity shifts in ways that have made consistency hard, this membership was built for you. You should be comfortable with a basic sun salutation before joining; if you're not quite there yet, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Many of our students are people on their perimenopause or post-menopause journey, but that is not a requirement. If you’re looking for an opportunity to connect deeply with your body, mind and heart, this membership is for you.
-
Because our bodies aren’t machines, and flexibility allows for more consistency.
Whether it's broken sleep, a low-energy week mid-cycle, or a morning where 6:15am simply isn't happening, the two time slots are designed to flex with you. Float between 6:15 and 7:15 as your body (and mind) dictates.
Here’s the thing, not everyone who joins the membership is a morning person. Many folks literally roll out of bed to join us, be that at 6:10 or 7:10. And we love that!
-
Yes. The community lives across all four weekly sessions, and is held together by the weekly email check-ins, monthly office hours, and the shared experience of showing up for yourself through a season of change.
What binds our group isn't which Zoom square you're in, it's why you're there.
If building community is a priority for you, I highly recommend joining for our monthly community hours, the last Friday of the month, anytime between 6:15-8am ET. While we always prioritize practice questions, we usually have time for general conversation as well.
-
Come when you can, use the on-demand library when you can't. What matters is that you keep returning. Consistency over perfection is the whole foundation.
-
No. If your camera is on, I'll offer specific cues based on what I see. If it's off, you're still fully held by the class structure and the group. Do what feels right on any given morning.
-
Monthly memberships can be canceled immediately and by yourself.
If you lock in founding member pricing, that rate stays with you as long as you remain a member, but will no longer be available if you cancel and later return. -
You're welcome no matter where you are. If neither live time works for your timezone, the on-demand library has you covered. To convert times, visit dateful.com/time-zone-converter.
Here’s a list of class times for some of the more convenient locations:
London: 11:15am & 12:15pm (lunchtime yoga)
NYC: 6:15am & 7:15am
Chicago: 5:15am & 6:15am
Denver: 4:15am & 5:15am
LA: 3:15am & 4:15am (so convenient for those lingering with perimenopause)
If the live times don’t work for you, use code ONDEMAND at checkout to receive access to our online community and on-demand classes for $27/month.
-
We’ll always hold classes at 6:15 and 7:15am, NYC local time.
Starting in 2027 (so NOT next month), I take August off. A full month to rest, recharge, and come back to the mat with fresh eyes and renewed energy.
Again, this won’t impact the membership until summer next year. Starting in 2027, The Foundation will pause live classes for the month of August, and you won't be charged for that month.
Your on-demand library stays fully accessible all August long, so your practice doesn't have to stop. It just gets a little quieter. Think of it as a built-in invitation to explore what your practice looks like when it's entirely on your own terms for a few weeks.
Live classes resume in September, and your membership picks right back up where it left off.
-
Yes. If neither 6:15am nor 7:15am ET fits your schedule, you can join with on-demand access only for $27/month. You'll get the full class library to practice on your own time, plus the weekly email check-ins, just without the live Zoom classes.
Use code ONDEMAND at checkout to access this rate.
You can always upgrade to full live membership later if your schedule shifts and one of the live times starts to work for you.
-
It’s hard to see, but right under “subtotal” on the checkout box, you’ll see “add discount code” in green text. From there enter your code!
Looking for a code?
Use ONDEMAND for access to our on-demand classes only, $27/month
Use code YES20 through 8/30 to bring down the full monthly cost to $54/month, good for as long as you’re a member
Still Pondering…
You've already done the hardest part.
You found this page. You read this far. That's your body telling you it's ready, even if your brain is still negotiating.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to show up perfectly. You don't have to be consistent yet. That's what we're building together.
All you have to do right now is say yes to one class.
Just one. Show up, feel what it's like to move in community with others who prioritizing building the same consistency as you. See how the rest of your day goes. Then decide.
We'll be on the mat. We'd love for you to be there too.
xoxo, Sarah Anne
PS: Sign up now for your best rate, $54/month. Starting 9/1, the monthly rate will raise to $74/month for new members. Use code YES20 at checkout to secure the discount rate, as long as you’re a member.
