Speaking & Workshops
Who we Work with
We speak to leaders at every stage, from those emerging who are just finding their footing to those who have led for decades and know their value. We find a common thread that whether new or seasoned, an inner voice can find its way to doubting or questioning worthiness.
Our talks and workshops make room for all of it: honoring the ground you've gained, meeting the doubt when it comes, and helping everyone in the room stay rooted in their worth and connected to one another.
Our Approach and Experience
We have a combined 30+ years supporting people through entrepreneurship, leadership, and healing, and we've lived our own versions of it. We've led and taught in all kinds of rooms, both in person and online: small local nonprofits, large national ones, corporations, and renowned centers like Kripalu and Omega Institute. Our approach blends story, embodiment, and practice, creating spaces where people feel safe and seen.
Speaking Topics
Embodied Worth as the Ground of Leadership
The steadiest leaders lead from the body, not just the mind. This talk explores how a felt sense of your own worth becomes the most reliable foundation you can lead from, and how to return to it on the days it feels far away.
Taking Up Space and Being Seen
Visibility asks something of us, especially for those taught to make themselves smaller. We look at what it takes to be seen fully, to lead out loud, and to stay grounded in that visibility rather than braced against it.
Values as Guideposts
When the path gets noisy, values are how we find our footing again. This session turns values from words on a wall into a working compass for leading authentically, purposefully, and with genuine passion.
No One Leads Alone
Growth and healing don't happen in isolation. We make the case for community and relationship as the real path to empowerment, and offer practices for building the kind of connection that holds people up when they need it.
Caring for the Leader
Burnout isn't a personal failing, it's what happens when people give endlessly without tending to themselves. This talk is about staying whole in demanding roles: honoring the work you carry, meeting the moments the old voice and the exhaustion show up, and leading from a resourced place instead of an empty one.
