Nourish: Bridgton, ME
A cozy evening of tea, sweet treats, and good company
THE INVITATION
Here’s the plan.
You put on your softest sweater. You drive over in the dark because the days are already getting shorter. You walk into a warm room where the kettle is already on and there’s a table of sweet things that someone else baked.
And then, for two whole hours, nobody needs anything from you.
That’s it. That’s the evening.

WHAT THE EVENING HOLDS
We’ve been taking Nourish up and down the East Coast this fall, gathering women in DC, New York, and the Hudson Valley. But we kept coming back to the same thought: we wanted to do one at home. Bridgton is where we come to rest, so it felt right to make this stop the coziest one.
There’ll be a little gentle practice to help you land in your body. A good question or two to talk about over tea. Some laughter, probably more than you expect. And women from right here who are carrying a lot and doing it well, and who could also use a night off from being the one who holds it all together.
You don’t need to know anyone. You just need to show up.

What is nourish?
Nourish is a community that supports the person who is both healing and leading at the same time, the one who is building and resting, the one who is tending to their nervous system during the high-stakes meeting.
At Nourish we celebrate the intersection of ancestral healing and executive leadership, breathwork and boardrooms, spirit and strategy.
The woman Nourish is built for is already doing the inner and outer work. She's in therapy and in c-suite. She buys the oracle deck and the leadership book.
She is tired of being asked to leave half of herself at the door, and she has been waiting for a place that feeds all of her at once.
Sound like you? Join us.
ABOUT THE NOURISH TOUR
The Nourish Tour is a celebration of something new: Nourish: Feed Your Soul, a community for the woman who is both healing and leading. We’re traveling the East Coast this fall to gather in person, share a table, and launch this community together.
Rest. Being seen. Belonging. Embodiment. Joy. This is what we mean by soul food.
