Nourish: portland, ME
A day to slow down, come home to yourself, and be held.
THE INVITATION
Maine in November asks us to slow down. The light gets softer, the days get shorter, and something in us starts craving warmth, quiet, and good company.
So we’re gathering just 10 to 12 women for one full day of feeding your soul. We’ll spend it together in a beautiful studio inside the historic Westbrook Mill, a light-filled space made for exactly this kind of day.
This stop is an intimate one. Just the two of us, Sarah Anne and Sarah Kelly, and a cozy room with space for deeper conversation.
By reserving, you agree to our Event Terms.

THIS DAY IS FOR YOU IF…
You’ve built a life you’re proud of, and you’re still tired.
You’re the one everyone leans on, and you can’t remember the last time you got to lean back.
You know your worth, and some days the old voice still shows up anyway.
You want a day that asks nothing of you except to be here.
Both things can be true. You can be powerful and still be wondering. This is a day to honor how far you’ve come and get grounded for what’s next.

What is nourish?

Nourish is a community that supports the person who is both healing and leading at the same time, the one who is building and resting, the one who is tending to their nervous system during the high-stakes meeting.
At Nourish we celebrate the intersection of ancestral healing and executive leadership, breathwork and boardrooms, spirit and strategy.
The woman Nourish is built for is already doing the inner and outer work. She’s in therapy and in the c-suite. She buys the oracle deck and the leadership book. She is tired of being asked to leave half of herself at the door, and she has been waiting for a place that feeds all of her at once.
Nourish: Feed Your Soul is our new online membership, opening November 1. Each week we gather live for practice and conversation, and a weekly letter keeps you connected in between. It’s a place to keep coming back to, with women who are walking the same path.
This fall, we’re launching it the best way we know how: in person, around the table. The Nourish Tour is traveling the East Coast so we can rest, be seen, belong, and find some joy together, face to face. That’s what we mean by soul food.
Sound like you? Come meet us in person.

-
Comfortable layers you can move in, a journal, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy. We’ll provide blankets, lunch and any other materials.
-
Yes, and many women do. The group is small on purpose, so you won’t stay a stranger for long.
