About Us
A community helping leaders, healers, and caretakers reconnect to their worth through embodiment and care.
Our Inspiration
From a young age, our mothers instilled in us a spirit of community care, teaching us to engage with the world and drive positive change. We witnessed firsthand the power of women's leadership in strengthening communities, and it shaped everything that came after.
Today we continue to be inspired by the people we serve. Watching transformation is a honor that we never take for granted.
The Art of Self Worth Story
Welcome to the Art of Self Worth, where our mission is to help you reconnect to your intrinsic value and embrace your authentic self. Founded in 2022 by Sarah Kelly Reid and Sarah Anne Wilkinson, we create spaces that empower you to discover, express, and celebrate your true self.
We serve the people who give endlessly to others: executives, founders, activists, healers, and caretakers. With more than 30 years of combined experience, we change lives quietly, consistently, and with a great deal of care.
Our Journey
Our paths first crossed in Washington, D.C., where we both built careers in PR and marketing around a shared goal: to make the world a better place. From there we each moved into wellness on our own, Sarah Anne into owning a yoga studio and Sarah Kelly into building a coaching practice. Along both paths we kept arriving at the same thread: the profound impact of self-worth on every part of a life.
We each reached meaningful milestones on our own. In 2017, we began hosting retreats together. We saw that combining our expertise and our passion was truly beautiful. Together we are stronger and more effective, and that collaborative spirit is something we bring into everything we do.
Our Impact
Since our beginning, we've had the privilege of witnessing remarkable transformations in the people we work with. Our retreats have drawn women from around the world, building a global community of support and growth. Our online courses and membership programs offer ongoing connection, so that the journey of self-worth becomes something you can sustain.
