Nourish: New York City
An Inner Winter Tea Party with Asha Frost
Tea for the inner winter.
As the days shorten and the light pulls inward, we’re gathering in New York for something soft and sacred: an afternoon tea party celebrating the release of Asha Frost’s new book, The Inner Winter.
This is an invitation to slow down. To sit with a warm cup, in good company, and remember that rest is not something you earn. It’s something you tend.
Hosted by Sarah Kelly Reid and Sarah Anne Wilkinson of Art of Self Worth, with Asha Frost, Jamia Wilson, and Robyn Moreno, this is a stop on The Nourish Tour, our celebration of the launch of Nourish: Feed Your Soul.
By reserving, you agree to our Event Terms.
Your afternoon includes
A full tea party, with warm tea and treats to share

What is nourish?

Nourish is a community that supports the person who is both healing and leading at the same time, the one who is building and resting, the one who is tending to their nervous system during the high-stakes meeting.
At Nourish we celebrate the intersection of ancestral healing and executive leadership, breathwork and boardrooms, spirit and strategy.
The woman Nourish is built for is already doing the inner and outer work. She's in therapy and in c-suite. She buys the oracle deck and the leadership book.
She is tired of being asked to leave half of herself at the door, and she has been waiting for a place that feeds all of her at once.
