You are worthy.

The relationship we have with ourselves is reflected in everything that we do.

Lack of self-worth can contribute to poor health and unhealthy coping mechanisms, including, but not limited to depression, addiction, cutting, eating disorders, anxiety, and more. High, stable self-worth can lead to greater job opportunities, higher socioeconomic opportunities, and more intimate relationships.

Yet, many of us struggle with the notion of self-worth.

The inner critic, the feeling of imposter syndrome, and the nagging feeling of not being enough are relatively common, particularly amongst womxn.

According to the Dove Research study The Real Truth About Beauty, only 4% of women around the world consider themselves beautiful. Seventy-eight percent of both women and girls feel some pressure to never make mistakes or show weakness.

It’s time we change these numbers and know our true power.

Self-worth is rooted in self-acceptance and we can actually change our brain to think more positively.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
