Happy winter solstice! The ritual below can be done alone or with others, and you can either do at your own speed or with a recorded guided meditation led by Sarah & Sarah. For the ritual you’ll want a cozy space and 3 candles. Ideally one candle will be bigger than the other two.

If doing this ritual with others, only one big candle is needed and each person will have their own 2 smaller candles.
