Self-Care Advocate

Congratulations!

You are a self-care advocate.

You are already consistent with your self-care practices and comfortable expressing your needs and boundaries. If you haven't already, take a moment to celebrate that!

At the same time, there's a reason you took this quiz. Sometimes we all need a routine refresh.

Self-worth is a journey and that means we’ll have good days and bad days. Some days we’ll remember our worth and be confident sharing our authentic self to the world. Other days we may feel fearful, or hopeless, or just unsure what to do next.

Where to focus next?

Consider digging into your sense of purpose and who you want to be in your communities. That will help sustain your practices even when you're in a self-worth dip. Try out these practices to explore purpose and identity:

Start your day with EFT: In less than 90 seconds, you can start your day with grounding, optimism and purpose. This Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practice is led by Sarah Kelly.

Fear vs Intuition: Questions around purpose and identity frequently bring up a lot of feelings, and a lot of different ways to move forward. If you're having a hard time tuning into your intuition on a certain topic, consider listening to this meditation led by Sarah Anne.

Journal: Take a few moments to reflect. Download this PDF or grab your favorite pen and journal to answer these journal prompts to identify your self-care needs today.

Want to go deeper with us?

The truth is, self-worth thrives in community. That's why we've created Embodied Worth, our signature, on-demand program starts February 12th. Throughout our 8 weeks together we'll explore:

  • Coming home to yourself by connecting with your body

  • Taming your inner critic to bring more love to your self-talk

  • Healing your relationships with boundaries and letting go

  • Exploring what it means for you to embody your wholeness

  • Communicating your worth and truth, even when it's vulnerable

  • Ritualizing your practices so they bring more joy to you

Let’s be honest, while self-worth is discovered inside of us, sometimes a reminder from fellow journeyers helps us to trust that voice inside saying the same thing, which is why we will have weekly live workshops to join with others and an online community. No matter what tier you choose to join us at, you’ll have community support and connection paired with deep, transformative, on-demand work.
