We are done with resolutions - and so are you.
You don’t need to pressure yourself to be “better” when you are already whole and beautiful just as you are. What if instead of resolving to go to the gym or eat less sugar or whatever else you’ve been beating yourself up over, you chose to celebrate yourself?
You deserve to feel serenity.
You deserve to feel joy.
You deserve to treat yourself with kindness.
You deserve your internal thoughts to be loving and caring.
You deserve rest.
We want to help you manifest these dreams into reality. Manifesting includes visualization, affirmations and action. This small kit of resources will help bring clarity to what you want. Notice, we’re saying want, not resolve. You are perfect just the way you are.
Below you can access two meditations, one Manifestation Affirmation Ritual (all you need is a cozy spot and pen and paper!), and a worksheet to help you clarify action steps for your intention.
We recommend starting with a meditation to help you connect with your body, mind and heart. Based on how much time you have and your current practice, we recommend:
Sarah Kelly’s 12-minute Manifestation Meditation to experience what it feels like when you lean into your dreams and desires.
Sarah Anne’s 21-minute Yoga Nidra that focuses on opening your heart to allow a deeper connection with others, and yourself.
