Embodiment Circles

Fridays 12:00-12:45 PM

This 45-minute intimate circle is your invitation to pause. Many of us are stretched thin, tender, or just plain weary. Together, we’ll slow down, ground, and gather the steadiness we need to carry on.

Through gentle, trauma-informed practices, you’ll explore simple ways to soothe and honor your nervous system. Each group is curated to what’s needed in the moment, always a little bit different than the last. Combining embodiment practices and community to honor and love ourselves a little bit more exactly where we are.

No group on Friday 8/28
