Manifesting

Let's talk about manifesting...what comes to mind when you hear that word? Do you love the practice? Are you skeptical of it? Either way you aren't alone! There are a lot of strong opinions around manifesting.

We view manifesting as a way of visualizing, in detail, what we want to accomplish in our lives. Much like affirmations, manifesting rewires the brain, giving us a way to move towards our goals. 

Visualizing also gives us the ability to walk through potential pitfalls and provides space for us to identify and imagine how we can overcome those challenges. 

Where a lot of manifesting practices fall short is the action that is required after the visualization practice. 

It's not enough to simply picture your ideal life.

A thorough manifestation practice must include, and may even focus on, what action steps you need to make what you're manifesting a reality.
