Congratulations!

You know your worth, and that is cause for celebration! But where you're left feeling doubt, take a look at your boundaries. You will likely find a few places you to create new boundaries and to better sustain some of your existing boundaries.

First, know you aren't alone. Boundaries are the number one thing most of our students work on, and return to again and again on their journey. And a lot of times it's because we don't like saying no to people and situations.

In fact, we usually look at boundaries as preventing something from happening, but try looking at boundaries as protecting and creating space for the things you do want to prioritize in your life.

What happens when you re-frame boundaries as being a "YES" to the things that matter most to you? It’s only by saying no to the things that aren’t our priorities that allow us to have time for those things that light us up!

Where to focus next?

Setting healthy boundaries takes practice. It often means trying different things to see what fits best for you. Explore these practices:

Do No Harm, Take No Sh*t: Enjoy a conversation with Sarah and Sarah around boundaries and then simple mudra (hand position) that can help reinforce your boundaries in real time. Use it in work meetings or before situations you normally feel your boundaries wavering.

Tapping for Boundaries: This 6-minute video uses EFT tapping to support your boundary process, and particularly allows you to explore that balance between expansion and protection present in all boundaries.

Journal: Download this PDF or grab your favorite pen and journal to answer these journal prompts to take a deeper dive into boundaries.

Want to go deeper with us?

The truth is, self-worth thrives in community. That's why we've created Embodied Worth, our signature, on-demand program starts February 12th. Throughout our 8 weeks together we'll explore:

  • Coming home to yourself by connecting with your body

  • Taming your inner critic to bring more love to your self-talk

  • Healing your relationships with boundaries and letting go

  • Exploring what it means for you to embody your wholeness

  • Communicating your worth and truth, even when it's vulnerable

  • Ritualizing your practices so they bring more joy to you

Let’s be honest, while self-worth is discovered inside of us, sometimes a reminder from fellow journeyers helps us to trust that voice inside saying the same thing, which is why we will have weekly live workshops to join with others and an online community. No matter what tier you choose to join us at, you’ll have community support and connection paired with deep, transformative, on-demand work.
