The Art of Self Worth
Welcome to the Art of Self Worth, where our mission is to help you reconnect to your intrinsic value and embrace your authentic self. Founded in 2022 by Sarah Kelly Reid and Sarah Anne Wilkinson, we are dedicated to creating spaces that empower you to discover, express, and celebrate your true self.
Our Journey
Our paths first crossed in Washington, D.C., where we both pursued successful careers in PR and marketing with a shared goal: to make the world a better place. We then each moved into successful solo wellness ventures, which led Sarah Anne to owning a yoga studio and Sarah Kelly to owning a coaching practice. Throughout both of our journeys, we discovered a common thread: the profound impact that self-worth on every aspect of life.
Individually we achieved significant milestones, but we realized that by combining our expertise and passion, we could create a more powerful and far-reaching impact. Together we are stronger and more effective, and that collaborative spirit is something we like to bring into all of our work at the Art of Self Worth.
Our Inspiration
From a young age our mothers instilled in us a spirit of community care, where we were taught and inspired to engage with the world and drive positive change. We witnessed firsthand the power of women's leadership in fostering community improvements, which further fueled our passion.
Today our offerings are designed to meet women where they are and support their journey to self-worth and empowerment through the two secret ingredients of sustained self-worth work: community and consistency.
Our Impact
Since our inception, we've had the privilege of witnessing remarkable transformations in the lives of our clients. Our retreats have drawn women from around the world, fostering a global community of support and growth. Our online courses and membership program provide ongoing resources and connections, ensuring that the journey of self-worth is sustainable.

FAQs
What is embodiment?
Embodiment is the practice of bringing your awareness to your body, taking the time to listen to it’s needs and desires, and then fulfilling them when you can.
It seems simple, and it is, but in our culture we’re taught from a young age to ignore our bodies and instead to prioritize the mind. For most of us, it takes consistent work to strengthen our connection with the wisdom in our bodies, which is what we offer through our monthly memberships.
That work is worth it! As you strengthen your connection to your body, you may find your intuition deepens, you feel stronger, and you have increased patience and resilience in your daily life.
You already do embodiment work throughout the day, even if you’re not aware of it. That stretch you do as you wake up, the noticing of cracking joints—that is being aware of your body and fulfilling it’s needs.
In our work, embodiment is combination of yoga, meditation, tapping, dancing, walking, hiking, art, free movement and so much more.
Are your programs women only?
Our signature group offering Blossom: A Self-Worth Journey of Becoming is for women only. Women specific groups are designed to create a safe space for women to share intimately.
All genders are welcome to our signature 2:1 individual program Empowered: An Intensive Journey to Your Truest Self. In these offerings we work with the divine feminine energy within all of us.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
While therapy and coaching have similarities, they are quite different. Therapists (and other mental health professionals) are trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Like coaches, they focus on your emotional and psychological well-being and relationships. Therapy includes more analyzing of your past as it effects your present, and helps you answer the question of “why.” Therapy is most often motivated by being in a painful situation or needing help with depression, anxiety, addiction or serious and persistent mental health issues.
Coaching is usually motivated by wanting to make positive changes in broader areas of life – to get unstuck from habits and ways of living that are not serving your goals. Coaching is to help determine in the present how you can make change that improves your overall health, relationships, and wellness. A coach links you with your values to change in ways that you want to change. You come up with your own goals for what works in your life, and coaching supports and inspires you to keep moving toward those goals, and helps hold you accountable.
Many people utilize therapy and coaching in their lives either in tandem or at different times depending where they are at different stages in their lives.
